The software
epi-recorder is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. You use it at your own discretion; the license governs all use.
Hosted services
EPI Labs operates optional hosted services (verify portal, account system). These are provided as-is while in development. Verification performed in your browser stays in your browser — evidence files are not uploaded during private checks by design.
No warranty
The software and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Cryptographic verification demonstrates integrity of a file as sealed; it does not certify completeness of capture. See Known Limitations.
